The commands get further when the batch file is executed from the 'administrator' command propmt, but have (both within Windows, and at the 'administrator' command prompt). Running the batch file that Intuit provides called PermissionsFix.bat. In working with Intuit, just as the error reports, I've found that the installation is unsuccessful because certain accounts (yes - I'm rightĬlicking and selecting 'Run as Administrator') don't have the correct access levels (or the directories being written to don't have the correct rights) - hence the installation fails. I'm attempting to install Quicken 2010 Deluxe on my new Windows 7 PC. I've been working with Intuit on this problem.
